Stop by the Exhibit Hall during breaks between sessions for refreshments & the opportunity to meet & talk with exhibitors. The exhibits at the 12th World Congress will be a showcase of products, services, publications & technologies. Here you can purchase books on crisis intervention & PTSD, try out a new technology, or learn about some non-profit organizations active in the field of crisis intervention. Meet & Greet opportunities with some keynote presenters may also be scheduled during exhibit hours. The list of exhibiting companies & a schedule of exhibit hours will be provided in the World Congress materials distributed on-site.

ICISF Information Desk

New this year… Visit the ICISF Information Desk for questions about on-site purchases of Special Event Tickets if available, Continuing Education, upcoming trainings, registering a Hotline Team or updating Team information, Speakers’ Bureau, and more—basically anything and everything about the World Congress and ICISF. Baltimore City Information Desk


Baltimore City Fire Fighters (members of the BCFD CISM Team) will once again staff this desk to answer your questions about where to eat, shop & what to see while you’re in Baltimore. Also stop by to pick up city maps, discount coupons & brochures. Here you’ll hear the truth about what’s worth seeing, doing or eating from our own “Ambassadors of Fun”! The Baltimore City Information Desk will be open the same hours as the World Congress Registration and ICISF Information Desks.
