World Congress Location & Accommodations

All 12th World Congress educational programming, as well as all other World Congress events, will take place at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel. Enjoy the convenience of staying where the World Congress is held by reserving your room at The Hilton Baltimore Hotel! See below for how to make your reservation.

 

Discounted Room Rate & Reservation Cut-Off Date

As the official hotel of the 12th World Congress, a block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for World Congress participants at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel.

Special discounted rate: $137 per night for a single room or double room, plus 15.5% tax.

This rate is applicable for all nights from February 18-23, for reservations made on or before Tuesday, January 20, or until the ICISF block of discounted rooms sells out, whichever comes first. The discounted rate may also be applicable as early as February 15 and extending through February 27, based on availability in the hotel. This special rate is comparable to the rate attendees paid to stay at the 7th World Congress hotel in 2003!

For each additional person in a room above double occupancy, add just $20 per night. Discounted rates are also available for Executive Level rooms.

Remember, the special rates noted above are applicable for reservations made on or before Tuesday, January 20, or until the ICISF block of discounted rooms sells out, whichever comes first. After this date, the availability of discounted rooms cannot be guaranteed. We expect the hotel to be completely booked by the World Congress. For this reason, we encourage you to make your reservations early, once you have confirmed your ability to attend. Please remember that if you reserve a room and later find that you cannot attend, it is important that you cancel your reservation right away so that someone else may reserve that room.
