Looking for a World Congress Roommate?

If you are looking for a way to stay at the World Congress hotel to be close to all of the sessions and activities, and/or you are hoping to save money while attending the 12th World Congress, one way is to share a hotel room with another attendee.

Perhaps you’ve thought of this but don’t know anyone else planning to attend. We can help. Send an email to Shelley Cohen with the required information. Your information will then be added to the Roommate Referral list, which we’ll send, upon request only, to anyone looking for a World Congress roommate. Recipients of the list may then contact anyone on the list in search of a roommate.

Please provide the following information in your email to Shelley Cohen. All items are required with the exception of #7, which is optional:

  1. Your name
  2. Gender (male or female)
  3. Contact telephone number(s), including fax (if available)
  4. Email address
  5. Whether you are a smoker or non-smoker (note: the Hilton Baltimore Hotel is a smoke-free facility)
  6. The nights you are planning to stay in the hotel (very important); if you have already reserved a room,  please indicate this as well
  7. You may include your address if you wish

Remember… ICISF, Inc. will not match you with someone on the list. Being on the list or receiving the list is strictly voluntary and upon request. It is up to those who are on the list or request to receive it to contact potential roommates. ICISF is not responsible for the results of your efforts to find a roommate and you accept all risks. The list is prepared and provided strictly as a service to assist World Congress attendees. Once you have found a roommate, we strongly encourage you to contact us by email (scohen@icisf.org) or fax (410/750-9601) to have your name removed from the list.
